Fully air conditioned and with satellite television, the property offers spacious accommodation with 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. In the lower living room there are 2 double sofa beds.
We also have a travel cot which - if utilized - means that up to 10 people and a baby can enjoy a comfortable stay. There are bathrooms on 2 of the floors, one with bath and shower, the other with shower and sink.
To the front of the property there is a patio terrace with table, chairs & sun loungers which overlook the shared pool and landscaped gardens. The main bedroom has a balcony with table & chairs - ideal for morning coffee and freshly baked local croissants!

The property is located in the lovely area of Gran Alacant - just 20 minutes south of Alicante town and with beaches, shops, bars and restaurants just a pleasant stroll away. The Airport is only a 10 minute drive away.
The town has a local market and a number of restaurants offering both local and international cuisine. There are plenty of blue flag beaches in the area, ideal for soaking up the sun with family and friends or swimming in the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean sea.
Land adjacent to the urbanization is a protected natural area - ideal for bird watching and walking. There is a local ferry to a small island two miles of the coast and several golf courses are within easy reach.
For those who prefer a more lively environment nearby Santa Pola has a number of bars and clubs. Both Alicante and Benidorm are within easy reach by either car or public transport. Torrevieja is only 30 minutes away by car or bus.
