If you wish, We can send you an attachment which will give you more views of the interior of the accommodation and a little more general information.

 

On confirmation of booking we ask for 25% of the hire charge. This is non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances. The remainder is due at least 10 weeks before your holiday date.

 

If it is easier for you we will accept instalment payments as long as the total is paid by 10 weeks before the commencement of your holiday.

 

There is a £100 returnable deposit against damage or breakages. You have the option of replacing accidental breakages e.g. glasses, plates etc. Locally, but they must match. The deposit will be refunded to you, provided all is in order within ten working days of the completion of your holiday.

 

You will be met at Alicante airport, or at an arranged meeting point if you have arrived elsewhere, and shown to the accommodation were you will be familiarised with the layout.

 

There is a charge of 75 Euros for cleaning and laundry and 20 euros each way for transfers per 4 people and luggage. There will be an additional charge for extra car/s. If you are hiring a car there will only be a charge one way.

 

All bed linen and towels are provided except beach towels.

 

We can arrange a welcome pack for items like milk, bread, water, beer, wine, ham, cheese, etc. Just tell us and we will Email your representatives who will acquire your shopping list. They will only purchase items that you stipulate and you will pay(only the shop cost)on your arrival.
